Argentina Desir
Argentina is a Haitian National who graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Justice and minor in Spanish. She has been with the Law Offices of David E. Piver since September 2006.
Prior to joining Piverlaw, Argentina worked as a Paralegal with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Department of Law and Public Safety, for five years. Argentina’s areas of specialty include immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability (O-1/O-2), Athletes and Group Entertainers and their essential support personnel (P-1/P-2), PERM Labor Certification, I-140, Petition for Alien Workers, I-485 Application to Adjust Status, Consular Processing, and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability.
Argentina is fluent in French-Creole.
