The Law Offices of David E. Piver ("Piverlaw") is a prominent full service immigration firm with offices in Wayne, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia) and Flagstaff, Arizona. We provide a variety of immigration services including obtaining nonimmigrant visas, lawful permanent resident status, and citizenship.

We assist companies across the U.S. and around the world accomplish a wide range of business immigration related needs and also provide legal representation to individuals seeking to accomplish all business, family, and deportation-related immigration matters, including state and federal litigation and appellate practice.

In addition, Piverlaw works with numerous athletic and entertainment individuals and organizations to obtain visas and Green Cards to work and live in the United States. At the present time, the firm consists of four attorneys and fourteen support staff.
