Monica Singh

Monica Singh, a native of Pennsylvania, possesses a B.A. in psychology and Spanish. She received her J.D. from the Villanova University, School of Law in May 2008 and she is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She joined the Law Offices of David E. Piver in April 2008.

Ms. Singh’s practice with the Law Offices of David E. Piver primarily focuses on litigation issues before the U.S Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review and family-based immigration as well as applications for VAWA and naturalization.
