Moving?

Are you moving or have you moved?

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requires any person in lawful status in the U.S. to inform the USCIS of any U.S. change of address within ten (10) days of moving to a new address.  This includes, but is not limited to, persons with B, H, L, O, E, F, P, K, TN, and J visas, persons entering on the visa waiver program, permanent residents, conditional permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and applicants for permanent residency through adjustment of status (Form I-485).  The USCIS also requires that all family members who are not U.S. citizens file their own separate Forms AR-11 with the USCIS.

Exciting News! – As of January 2007, the USCIS has made it possible to now change your address online! By submitting your change of address online, you no longer need to mail in the AR-11 or contact USCIS Customer Service. Please click here to be directed to the USCIS webpage to change your address.

Previously, the USCIS required you to mail Form AR-11 (using the mailing address indicated on the form) every time you changed your address. The USCIS also required you to call their National Customer Service number at (800) 375-5283 and have a representative change your address in the computer system. You can still choose to inform the USCIS this way by downloading Form AR-11 here and calling the Customer Service number above.

IMPORTANT - If you are a client of ours, please notify us if you have changed your address so that we can update our records as well.
