David E. Piver founded the Law Offices of David E. Piver in 1994. He holds a
law degree from Villanova University and a Masters Degree from Cornell University.
He has worked with foreign and U.S. government officials and corporations, establishing
business relations and assisting individuals and organizations solve a variety of

Tara S. O’Connor, Esquire
Tara S. O’Connor, a native of Pennsylvania, pursued her undergraduate studies in Virginia and received her J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1997. She was admitted to practice in 1997 and has been practicing since that time. She joined the Law Offices of David E. Piver in January 2002, and practiced in the Wayne, Pennsylvania office until June 2006 when she opened a satellite office in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Monica Singh, Esquire
Monica Singh, Esquire is a native of Pennsylvania. She possesses a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Westminster College and graduated with magna cum laude honors. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University, School of Law, in May 2008.
She joined the Law Offices of David E. Piver in April 2008.

Christopher M. Casazza, Esq.
Christopher M. Casazza, Esquire received his Juris Doctrate from Villanova University School of Law in May 2010. While attending Villanova Law, Christopher worked as an extern with the Honorable George A. Pagano in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Delaware County, Civil Division and was a clerk for the Honorable Rayford A. Means in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, Criminal Division.

Shaila is an Indian National who has duel citizenship in the United States and New Zealand. Shaila graduated first in her class with a Bachelor of Law (LLB), a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics, and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India.
She was also admitted to the LLM, Foreign Scholars Program at the University of Houston, Texas.
